Your 3-Day Group Safari Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival, Meet Your Group & Afternoon Game Drive
Arrive at Sandcastle Budget Lodge and check in. This is where the magic begins — meet your fellow travellers over a welcome lunch and get ready to hit the savannah together. Your first afternoon game drive sets the tone: golden light, open plains, and your guide already tracking the movements of lions and elephants nearby. Return to camp as the sun sets, gather around the campfire, and share the highlights of the day over a warm dinner.
Day 2 — Full Day in the Wild
The best day of the safari. Rise before dawn for an early morning game drive — the hour when predators are most active and the Mara is at its most dramatic. After a hearty bush breakfast back at camp, rest up before heading out again in the afternoon to explore the Mara River, where hippos wallow, crocodiles bask, and hundreds of bird species fill the air. End the day with another campfire, more stories, and a sky so full of stars it barely seems real.
Day 3 — Sunrise Game Drive & Farewell
One final sunrise game drive before a farewell breakfast. The group gathers for last photos, contact exchanges, and the kind of goodbyes that come with shared adventure. Head home knowing you've experienced the real Masai Mara — and made friends for life along the way.
